DESCRIPTION:
This reform arose under the need to grow a single family home. In response to this problem, with the presented conditions and needs, one more floor was needed.
With less than 120.00m² built and on a flat topography, it was renovated and suitable to house 4 people, in an old neighborhood of São Paulo surrounded by listed goods, the big challenge was to maintain the old structure of the place to allow verification of the space as as a whole, generating dynamic circulation in response to different areas of the environments.
