A hierarchy of spaces that varies from scales and functions and that act as anchors of connections in the place, functioning as points of destinies with diverse types of activities.
The library is a public space of symbolic value, as a response of urban and social analysis, this public space must be permeable, but safe. The multiple possible connectivities that integrate the library to the environment, result in a new element of urban infrastructure that recreates the natural environment, this element is delimiting and organizer, defines the program, demonstrating access controls, and Still creates visual interest with security for users.
