DESCRIPTION:
The single-family residence is located in the highest and horizontal part of a rustic land with a considerable slope, was designed in partnership with the Architect Evandro Ferreira.
The project proposal is to work with a free perimeter residence, using the limits imposed by the rules of the neighborhood for the frontal and lateral deviations.
The residence is made up of a sequence of spaces with different qualities that are discovered while traveling. Materiality is compelling and its relation to landscapes generates interest in the environment.
A declivity of access receives the visitor and also connects to the main door, from where you access a lobby and the surprising integrated environment. The house contemplated in two floors, one in the ground floor, bigger and of daily use and another reserved the intimacy in the superior plant.
